What are the ingredients of each product ?
Day cream 18-30: an organic neutral base made of vegetable oils and glycerin, coconut oil, beeswax, rose oil, and E vitamin.
Day cream 30+ : an organic neutral base made of vegetable oils and glycerin, fruits acids, essential oil of geranium and avocado oil.
Everything is natural, organic and eco friendly.

How to return an order ?
Please contact the customer service who will guide you through all the necessary steps to return your order. You can called them on 514 700 – 1546 or them an e-mail to customerservice@carecosmet.ca.
How to deal with an order who never arrived ?

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website ?

We don’t store any of your credit card information if you don’t save it into the website and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

What’s your privacy policy ?
We will never share you information with external people. Information that we can collect are: your identity, your contact details, your favorite product, information about your order, their tracking and their receipt, information that you send us for our customer service, and your bank details if you save them in your account. Those details are used for satisfaction surveys, our newsletter, to connect you on the website and stuffs like that but they will never leave Care Cosmet.

Are there any side effects with your products?
Our products are naturals, organics and tested but every person is different and we can’t promise that you won’t make an allergy. In that case, we advise you to stop the use of the product.

What are the costs and delivery times?
Canada, United States and Mexico: 3,90$ or free delivery from 25$. Between 3 and 6 days.
Europe and others American countries: 6,00$ or free delivery from 50$. Between 6 and 10 days.
The rest of the world: 10$ or free delivery from 70$. Between 10 and 15 days.
How can we receive samples ?

You must subscribe to our newsletter via our website and wait for an e-mail that asks you to receive samples at home. Or you could wait on the website, sometime notifications pop up to ask you if you want to receive samples and send us a feedback.

Is Care Cosmet cruelty-free ?
Care Cosmet does not perform any animal testing. We are completely against animal testing and we struggle, with other brands, to stop those everywhere in the world. We are trying new ways of testing and organizations who fight for animals right have our support.
